Reiki (pronounced “ray-key”) is a form of hands-on healing that originated in Japan. It is a deeply relaxing experience that eases pain, tension, stress and balances the energy centres (chakras) of the body. It speeds the healing of injuries, gently realigns and detoxifies the body, and aids in the recovery from emotional trauma. Reiki healing can provide long-term relief because it heals at the source of illness, whether it is at the physical, emotional or mental level.  The word Reiki means universal life force energy.

Soul School’s Reiki program is suitable for all levels of practice. Whether you’re just beginning on your path in energy work or you’re comfortably established in your practice, our time together will bring you to new levels of connection with source. Reiki Level 1: Shoden

    • Meditation techniques to strengthen and clear your energy

Reiki Level 2: Okuden

    • A deeper understanding of your connection to people, places, nature, and events in the world around you

    • The meanings, usage and spiritual descriptions of 2 Japanese jumon (mantras) and shirushi (symbols)

    • The opportunity to help others through the concept of Oneness (distance healing)

    • Three attunements/reiju (blessings)

    • Techniques to develop your intuition

    • The knowledge and skill to begin to help others professionally

  • Usui Shiki Ryoho Level 2 Reiki Practitioner

Reiki Level 3 - Shinpiden

    • Instruction, review and practice in Shoden, Okuden and Shinpiden traditional Japanese  techniques

    • The meanings, usage and spiritual description of the fourth Japanese jumon (mantras) and shirushi (symbols)

    • The attunement/reiju (blessing)

    • How to perform and practice attunements and reiju and study esoteric understandings

    • Individual guidance on your spiritual journey

Reiki Master Teacher : Adayna Janelle

After a decade of traveling and living across various countries, Adayna Janelle has channeled her rich life experiences and insights into her healing practice. As a certified Reiki Master with over 500 hours of Yoga teacher training and hundreds of Reiki attunements completed, she is deeply passionate about guiding individuals in their self-healing journey. Her commitment to facilitating personal transformation led her to establish her energy practice.

Janelle’s coaching approach blends grounding physical techniques with the enhancement of spiritual gifts. She provides hands-on methods for connecting with your inner source of power and uses crystal sound bowls to amplify this connection through the transformative power of sound.
